Duane R. Bartelt, CLTC is one of the Founding Partners at Concierge Benefit Services and Concierge Administrative Services. At CBS and CAS, his focus is in IT oversight and vendor administration. Duane is also a co-founder and owner of The Ark Group, LLC. The Ark Group is a National Insurance Brokerage Company that focuses on helping insurance agents and financial advisors provide the best insurance solutions for their clients.

Prior to co-founding The Ark Group, Duane was an Executive Regional Director for an automotive software company, a Marketing Director for a top Inc. 500 company and a featured speaker and trainer for personal growth and sales development seminars. Duane has been involved in training advanced sales concepts in the insurance business for over 15 years and in sales distribution training and development for over 20 years.

Duane is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Duane is also involved in many charitable organizations such as Nebraska Children’s Home Society and Wounded Warriors Family Support, to name a few. He is an avid classic car enthusiast and is the founder of Coffee Cruise Omaha. Duane is married to Jennifer and they have two children: Carson and Ava.

Chris Loyd is one of the Founding Partners of Concierge Benefit Services and Concierge Administrative Services. At CBS and CAS, his focus is in business development, affiliate relations and client services. Chris has specialized in Financial, Estate and Business planning for high net worth clients for over 20 years. He is also licensed in Property & Casualty, Life & Health and has his securities licenses with SagePoint Financial Advisors.

Chris has 20 years of insurance industry experience. His unique approach to this business has positioned him to be extremely well versed in multiple insurance and financial services markets and solutions. Chris brings a significant breadth of knowledge to the table for any organization who is looking for a different perspective. Few people in the insurance industry have experience in as many markets, let alone have successful experience like he has had.

Chris is an active member in his community. He has coached football, basketball and baseball for over 15 years and is active in various youth clubs, which raises money for youth football and basketball scholarships and equipment. Over the years, Chris has served on several non-profit boards raising funds for various children organizations within his community. Chris also serves in a local ministry through his church and active with local faith based organizations focused on the youth in and around the community. Chris is married to Lorie and they have five children.

Jason Hopkins, CSFS is one of the Founding Partners at Concierge Benefit Services and Concierge Administrative Services. At CBS and CAS, his focus is in claims administration, business development, product design and client service administration. Jason also owns Hopkins Consulting.

Prior to joining CBS, Jason served as the President of MAA/BMI-HealthPlans. MAA/BMI-HealthPlans is a Third Party Administrator specializing in group employee benefit plan administration. Jason had also served as President of HealthReview LLC, a Utilization Review and Case Management company. HealthReview offers certified case management by registered nurses to employee groups of all sizes. Committed to continuing education, Jason has earned the Designation of a Certified Self-Funded Specialist (CSFS) through Health Care Administrators of America.

Jason is an active member of several industry related organizations, such as the Society of Professional Benefits Administrators and the National Association of Health Underwriters, as well as others. In 2014, Jason had the distinction of graduating from Leadership Oklahoma, a statewide program of selected leaders exploring the needs, issues, and opportunities within the state. Jason also serves on both public and private boards which currently includes the Bartlesville Area Chamber of Commerce Board, Visitors Inc., Convention and Visitors Bureau Board, Bartlesville Community Foundation Board, Tri County Technology Center Foundation Board, Church and Ministry organizations boards, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Jason is a member of the Texas Tech University Alumni Association and National Youth Sports Coaches Association. Jason is married to Stacy and they have two children: Faith and Taton.
